WHAT IS THIS DOCUMENT?
This is the information that I have prepared, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 GDPR, as a sole proprietorship Multilab8 c.f. FNTFRC75L0H223F, VAT number 02898390352, with registered office in via Borodin, 2 Reggio Emilia. This policy describes how and when I deal with, i.e. when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, when you contact me or when you use my services through other platform or its related sites and services. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that are not dependent on me and that I do not control, including the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM or third party services you access through the website MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM. WHAT INFORMATION ARE PROCESSED?
To complete your order, you must provide me with some information (MANDRILLOSTOYS.COM provided it to me with your authorization), such as: your name, your surname, email address, postal address, telephone number, payment and the details of the product you ordered. You may decide to provide me with additional personal information, for example to order a customized product.

WHY DO I PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
The information collected:
they are necessary to supply my products, to complete your order, to provide you with assistance as a customer, to resolve any disputes;
they are necessary to fulfill legal obligations, in particular on the basis of tax legislation.
For these treatments, which are based on the execution of the contract or on legal obligations, your consent is not required.

WHO CAN I SHARE INFORMATION WITH?
My customer information is important to my business. I will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:
BIGCOMMERCE: I share information with BIGCOMMERCE as needed to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under the BIGCOMMERCE Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Service providers: I use trusted third parties to perform some functions and to provide services to my shop, for example for the shipment of products by courier, or for the bookkeeping of my company or, in general, for legal or tax obligations, in this case accountants or professionals in general will be able to process your data for legal compliance. I may also share your information to respond to legal proceedings or requests from authorities and public bodies in general.

HOW LONG WILL I KEEP THE INFORMATION FOR?
I will keep your personal information for the time necessary to provide you with my services. I am required to keep this data to comply with legal and tax obligations, dispute resolution and apply contracts.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU.
I may store and process your information through third party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with data protection and government surveillance laws other than those in your jurisdiction. If you were to transfer your personal information outside the EU, this will be done in compliance with the GDPR.

Except in exceptional circumstances (such as where I am required to retain data for legal purposes), I generally delete personal information upon request.
OPPOSITION. You can object to my processing some of your information and receiving marketing messages from me after you have given your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information, unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for me to continue using that information or where it is necessary for legal reasons.
COMPLAINT. If you are a resident of the EU and wish to express a concern regarding the use of your information (and without prejudice to any rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
