BEFORE THE SHIPPING: I always check the quality of my products and do not send damaged products. All my products are handmade and handcrafted, for this reason they may have small irregularities or differences in size and color compared to those shown in the photos.

SHIPMENT: The shipment will be made (barring setbacks) within the same timeframe as the product you ordered and for which you chose this option. The shipping is discreet, the product is well packed inside an anonymous brown cardboard box, it does not have any logo or brand name. The box (mostly) is placed inside a well closed courier envelop. By law I must place the invoice in the outside pocket of the parcel, still the invoice will not be visible from the outside, it is folded and there will be the shipping details paper in front with just a regular address from Italy as sender, and your address. The content of the parcel will be described as "Silicone novelty". Describe the contents of the package is compulsory by law. Even if you marked your order as gift, by law I need to place in the pocket outside the parcel the invoice and descrive the content.

Having received the purchased product, BEFORE OPENING THE BAG, check its integrity. If you have any problems with the product, please contact me immediately WITHOUT OPENING THE BAG. Once the bag with the seals has been opened, the possibility of returning or exchanging the product is void.
