MATCHING SKIN COLOR: I always do my best to keep the colors as natural and realistic as possible but is very hard matching a skin color of few reasons:
- color perception on real skin is different than in silicone.
- my products are hand made and hand painted, colors could be slightly different time to time.
- colors in pictures are very much changing because of camera, screen and lights setting.
As reference picture you have 3 option that you can choose singularly or mix them.
1. find one or more of my products (any item) on my website or social network with the color that could resemble good color for the product just take a screenshot and send it as referencve picture.
2. send me a picture of your hand palm and back with the most natural light possible. You can also send, if you are comfortable with it, lips and/or nipples close up. Often glans color match the color of these two body part. The important is that the picture that you take have already a good light and what you see from your screen is as close as possible to your real skin color. Be objective when evaluating the color of the photo, often our brain betrays us by making us see an "improved" color just because this color is in our memory, but in reality, in the photo it can be very different from reality.
3. find pictures on the web that I can use as color reference, I don’t mind of receiving pictures of nude or genital area, I am definitely over legal age for receiving adult contents.
BEFORE THE SHIPPING: I always check the quality of my products and do not send damaged products. All my products are handmade and handcrafted, for this reason they may have small irregularities or differences in size and color compared to those shown in the photos.
SHIPMENT: The shipment will be made (barring setbacks) within the same timeframe as the product you ordered and for which you chose this option. The shipping is discreet, the product is well packed inside an anonymous brown cardboard box, it does not have any logo or brand name. The box (mostly) is placed inside a well closed courier envelop. By law I must place the invoice in the outside pocket of the parcel, still the invoice will not be visible from the outside, it is folded and there will be the shipping details paper in front with just a regular address from Italy as sender, and your address. The content of the parcel will be described as "Silicone novelty". Describe the contents of the package is compulsory by law. Even if you marked your order as gift, by law I need to place in the pocket outside the parcel the invoice and descrive the content.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS: I accept exchanges, returns and refunds for the cases provided for by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, (Consumer Code). For more information read our general conditions of sale. My products are individually packaged in smooth or embossed plastic bags closed hermetically and with guarantee seals. Having received the purchased product, BEFORE OPENING THE BAG, check its integrity. If you have any problems with the product, please contact me immediately WITHOUT OPENING THE BAG. Once the bag with the seals has been opened, the possibility of returning or exchanging the product is void.
