SIZES: Look at the reference picture. The measurements are as accurate as possible but are still indicative. COLOR: Look at the photo with the available colors. For special requests such as pigments (metallic, fluorescent, phosphorescent) or custom colors please send a message, I will do my best to accommodate your requests. I do everything I can to keep the color as close as possible to the reference color, but that also depends on your screen settings.

LUBRICANT: To make the product more realistic to the touch, lubricants can be used. The most suitable lubricants are water-based ones because they are safer and easier to clean. This high quality silicone should have no problem with silicone based lubricants or other lubricants. There are hundreds of lubricating products and each manufacturer has their own formula. I recommend that you test your lubricant on a small portion of the product and evaluate the result. Be careful of lotions and oils (body lotions, baby oil, lubricated condom), some of them could interfere with the silicone or the colors and damage them.

CLEANING: The high quality material allows for thorough washing and disinfection, there are different methods:
— the product can be immersed in water at 80° / 100° C (212° / 176° F) from 5 to 10 minutes. Do not put the toy directly into the pot, boil the water then pour it into a suitable container with the toy inside.
— it can be soaked in water and a suitable disinfectant solution.
— it can be washed by hand using warm water an antibacterial soap.
DO NOT TO USE ABRASIVE MATERIALS LIKE SPONGES OR CLOTH.
Drying is also important, let your toy air dry or place it on a radiator. If you want to dry it by hand use a cotton cloth or kitchen paper. DO NOT SCRUB but pat the toy to dry it. Before being packaged, each product is washed with soap or antibacterial solution and may be sprinkled with talcum powder or pharmaceutical grade rice starch. Wash it again before first use. We recommend to wash and dry your product before and after each use and before storing it. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE MATERIALS.

CARE AND STORAGE: Very few things could harm your new product. Pay special attention to nails and sharp, pointed objects. Keep your product clean and dry, wrapped in a clean cotton cloth or non-sealed plastic food bag. Also pay attention to fabrics that can be abrasive if rubbed on the product, damaging the color and the surface. As well be careful of lotions and oils (body lotions, baby oil, lubricated condom), some of them could interfere with the silicone or the colors and damage them.

BEFORE THE SHIPPING: I always check the quality of my products and do not send damaged products. All my products are handmade and handcrafted, for this reason they may have small irregularities or differences in size and color compared to those shown in the photos.

SHIPMENT: The shipment will be made (barring setbacks) within two weeks from the date of the order. You will receive an anonymous brown box that does not have any logo or name and is well packed. The description of the content will be “Silicone novelty”, indicating the contents of the package is required by law. Even if you marked your order as gift, by law I need to place in the pocket outside the parcel the invoice. The invoice will not be visible from the outside but is necessary for the customs. The only visible things are the courier details for the shipping. Each item is prepared after your order. Even if is indicated the shipping time in 1-2 weeks, I will do my best to fulfill orders in the shortest possible time.
