MATERIALS: The platinum cure silicone used in the making of this product is of the best possible quality, made in the United States of America. It is skin-safe, phthalate-free, 100% vegan, and has not been tested on animals. Also the silicone used in the coloration process is platinum cure silicone. Both, silicone and pigments used are skin safe.
